REFUND POLICY If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Clovers Online within 14 days without a return request. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Stock products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Clovers Online at the customers'' expense. Clovers Online will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. SHIPPING AND HANDLING All stock items are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
